You and I both know how it feels to be anxious; Sometimes its for a good reason, maybe getting us ready for something which may be of a negative nature, and therefore we become more vigilant, for some of us anxiety has become a day to day feeling, taking control, and preventing us from doing the things we desire to do.

Some people know the reasons behind their anxieties, others are puzzled to where it came from, and where it started. The good news is Anxiety is created by ourselves, we learn the feelings, when / how to react to them, and therefore we have the ability to ‘unlearn’ those feelings/thoughts etc.
Using Hypnosis mixed with NLP techniques we can get to the route of the cause, remove the old thoughts and feelings associated with it/them, change the way the situation/issue is viewed/thought/felt, and once banished, increase calmness, relaxation, and confidence allowing you to feel feel and happy.
No two people are the same, so the amount of sessions required is dictated by the individual, the route cause, (or causes), what they would like to achieve/feel etc. After the first session, there is always a sense of relief, as though weight have been lifted, and therefore thoughts/feelings are much more positive, I find most clients require between 2/3 sessions, however this can sometime be more due to the issue be complexed.
