14th May - 20th May 2018 is Mental Health Awareness Week
Research has shown that two thirds of us suffer from a mental health problem, this can be anything from Anxiety, Stress, to Depression and Low Self Esteem.
Sadly many people suffer in silence for years allow this situation to get worse and worse.....for many way out of its original proportion.
