Today is World Mental Health Day. I had the pleasure of catching up with my good friend, Paul Mckenna, over the weekend. We attended an incredible event called 'Get The Life You Want'.


The event was hosted by Bernardo Moya of NLP Life Training. Paul collaborates annually with Dr Richard Bandler, who is widely regarded as one of the best hypnotists in the world. Dr Bandler is also the co-founder of NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming.
