Vaping for some it’s just routine, others a ‘hand to mouth’ habit, many use E- Cigarettes to release stress - though this increases stress and blood pressure!
According to the American National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIOD) e-cigarettes may be safer than smoking tobacco but they are still dangerous to health because they contain cancer causing chemicals that are produced as a result of vaporising nicotine. You can read more HERE
There is also no regulation (as exists with other nicotine replacement products) to ensure that they are “safe” to use. Your use of e-cigarettes is putting your health in danger.

No Need, Reason or Desire to to vape:-
When you wake up in the morning,
Having a cup of coffee/tea/something stronger,
After a meal,
Whilst driving, Working or relaxing.
If or when you see somebody vaping you won't want to do it.
During the session, I will also ensure that you won’t eat any more food than you did before, or drink any more liquids, and assure you that you’ll feel calmer, happier, more relaxed and confident remaining smoke free.

Steve (Smoking) I found Dave here on Facebook,, I tried everything to stop smoking, two other Hypnotist's people too, I gave it one last try, he was good, thorough, asked me questions the others should have, the result is 7 months on I am still not smoking, I am 1000s better off. To find the most effective method to remove smoking habits, Frank Schmidt and research student Chockalingham Viswesvaran from the University of Iowa conducted a meta-analysis, utilising the results of more than 600 studies totalling nearly 72,000 people. The results, which were published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and included 48 studies of hypnosis covering 6000 smokers, clearly showed that hypnosis was three times more effective than Nicotine Replacement.
